Check Availability
Contact us to check availability for an ensemble for your event. Be sure to provide us with the date, time, duration and location of the event.
Contract and Deposit
We will send you a contract to sign and return with a 50% deposit. When the contract is sent, we will put a 30-day hold on the event date that becomes permanent upon receipt of the contract and deposit, which can now be paid online. Summer wedding dates are booked up to a year in advance, so if you are interested in a particular date, please do not delay this step!
Consultation
For wedding ceremonies, you will be contacted by one of the musicians who will be performing at your event to set up a consultation. This person will serve as the music coordinator for your event, and can answer any questions regarding repertoire choice. Consultations usually occur approximately 90 days prior to the event date to finalize details. At this time, you will be able to select all of the pieces to be performed before, during and after the ceremony with the help of your coordinator.
Final Payment
Final payment is due at least five business days before the event by mail. This ensures that you are free to enjoy your special occasion without worrying about paying the musicians at the event. For your convenience, we now accept all major credit cards online.
Event Day
Musicians will arrive in time to set up and be ready to perform by the time listed on the contract. Overtime can be arranged if the musicians are not otherwise engaged after your event for our standard background music additional hourly rate in increments of 30 minutes.
